Funny: I originally thought that the Strokes song, but not the album, had a question mark. Wrong!
More (ahem) questionable decisions:
-From the Wikipedia for U2's POP: "'Do You Feel Loved', which was considered for a single release, runs at a slower pace and features electronic elements. Bono said of the song: 'It's quite a question, but there's no question mark on it,' as the band took the question mark off the title of the song for fearing it would be perceived as 'too heavy.'"
-Bob Dylan has "What Good Am I?" (question mark) on the same album as "What Was It You Wanted" (no question mark).
Ever since I reviewed that Strokes record in college, typing "Is This It" without a question mark has made me cry 96 tears.
Today I learned ? & the Mysterians recorded a song called "Do You Feel It" — sans punctuation.
